Health History

He’s expected to grow into a large, athletic adult of around 85 pounds and 25–27 inches at the shoulder, with a typical lifespan of 10–12 years. His checkups, deworming, and vaccinations due by thirteen weeks are current, following his first puppy shots around 6–8 weeks. His breeder should provide documentation of his dermoid sinus examination and his parents’ hip, elbow, thyroid, heart, eye, and recommended genetic screening. His next steps include combination vaccine boosters every 2–4 weeks through at least sixteen weeks, completion of his leptospirosis series, and a veterinarian’s schedule for rabies vaccination and ongoing parasite prevention.

Their Story

His first visit to his breeder’s parents began with a very serious inspection of the living room. Within minutes, he had convinced a grandfather who insisted he was “only watching” to sit down and play. By the time the kettle boiled, the two were rolling a soft ball between them like old friends. When it was time to leave, that same grandfather asked when he could visit again. He went home with a new toy and another person completely won over—ready to bring that same easy happiness to a family of his own. Pup Personality

At thirteen weeks, he watches closely when you speak, tilting his head before coming over to see what’s next. He’s doing well with “sit,” “down,” and gentle leash practice, while regular outdoor breaks are helping him build good potty habits. His funniest habit is flopping onto his back during a belly rub, paws waving as though he’s helping.
