Health History

Ace’s examination, deworming, fecal screening, and microchipping are complete, and his vaccinations and parasite prevention are current for approximately 12 weeks of age. His puppy combination-vaccine series is still underway, so his veterinarian should schedule the remaining doses through at least 16 weeks of age and the second dose of his leptospirosis vaccine. Future care includes a veterinarian-timed neuter procedure, continued parasite protection and testing, growth and dental checks, subsequent vaccine boosters, and transfer of his microchip registration after placement.
