Health History

Puppy vaccinations usually start at 6–8 weeks, and her 10-week records should show the veterinary checks, deworming and doses already due. Her parents’ hip, elbow and ophthalmologist screening is separate from her own puppy examination, which should assess growth, movement and eyes. Female adult expectations are 40–60 pounds and 22–24 inches at the shoulder, with a breed lifespan of 14–16 years. Support her with gentle socialization and suitable exercise while continuing boosters through at least 16 weeks, arranging leptospirosis and locally required rabies vaccination, and maintaining veterinarian-recommended parasite prevention.

Their Story

She pushed her soft cube across the floor, stopped to study where it landed, and gave it another determined tap. Her breeder watched the little game unfold before offering a hand, and she paused long enough to press her forehead into the waiting palm. Then she went straight back to the cube, apparently satisfied that both play and company were still available. She remains with her breeder, adding small discoveries to a growing collection of happy days. Every puppy deserves a beautiful beginning. With a small deposit, take your first step toward meeting her and becoming part of her story.

Pup Personality

During quiet play, she taps a soft cube with one paw, waits for it to stop, and gives it a deliberate second push. At 10 weeks, she is getting used to a gentle brush stroke at a time, with treats and breaks when her attention wanders. Once comfortable, she presses her forehead lightly into an offered palm before heading back to her game.

PupPath Mission

I was also once looking for a dog

I wasn't just looking for an Otterhound puppy. I wanted to save one. I dreamed of giving him a warm home, a loving family, and the second chance he deserved. But I had no idea where to start. I spent countless hours searching hundreds of listings, calling shelters, and contacting breeders. Nothing. Not a single Otterhound pup.

Frustrated, I gave up searching for a while. Weeks later, I came across a post about an Otterhound puppy desperately needing a home. This was him. The puppy I'd been searching for. I rushed to the shelter, only to hear words I'll never forget. "I'm sorry. He's already been euthanized." My heart sank.

He could have had a home, a family, and a lifetime of love. If only I'd found him sooner. That's when I realized countless other dogs were facing the same heartbreaking possibility. I couldn't save him. But maybe I could help save others. That's why I created PupPath.

Belgian Malinois Puppy Stories

Female Unnamed Pup — Belgian Malinois

Once a man collapsed on a secluded trail, his Belgian Malinois pup ran toward the distant voices of other walkers. It barked, circled, and repeatedly looked back until they followed it to its owner, who was lying hidden beside the path, unable to call for help. Rescuers reached him in time, and when he finally woke up in the hospital, his first question was whether his dog was safe. At their reunion, the Belgian Malinois pup rested its head in his hands, and through tears the man whispered, “You went looking for help when I couldn’t even ask.” The Belgian Malinois pup is ready to protect you but it needs your protection first.

Within days of coming home, a Belgian Malinois puppy had become his owner’s constant companion and the children’s inseparable playmate. Whenever an argument grew loud, he would appear with his favorite toy, nudging a hand until someone paused to look at him. Those gentle interruptions became the family’s reminder to soften their voices, sit together, and listen instead of speaking over each other. One evening, watching his children cuddle beside their new Belgian Malinois friend, their father whispered, “You’ve only just arrived, and you’re already helping us take better care of each other.” The Belgian Malinois Puppy is ready to take care of you, but it needs you to take care of it first.

Female Unnamed Pup — Belgian Malinois

After an accident left his owner struggling to walk, a Belgian Malinois puppy began matching every slow step, pausing whenever the man needed to rest. Throughout the long recovery, it waited beside his owner’s chair and followed him from room to room, settling wherever they could remain close. When the children called the pup outside, it enjoyed their games, then hurried back to check on the person resting indoors. On the day they finally reached their old walking spot again, his owner sat down and held the Belgian Malinois pup, overwhelmed by the friend who had made every difficult step feel less lonely. A Belgian Malinois pup is waiting for you.
